Thank You!!!!

Thank you all for a great semester. This has been one of the most productive semesters for all the student organizations. Keep up the good work!!! You ALL have made an impact. I look forward to seeing what next semester brings. Good Luck on Finals, and have a restful break!!!

Meeting Friday

AESB will be holding its last meeting of the semester this Friday, December 11, 2009 at 1:00pm in VEC-112. Dr. Lynn Mahoney, Associate Vice President for Undergraduate Studies and Academic Advising; she will be presenting to us about the "Timely Graduation Policy."

AESB Study Zone

We are working on having a study hall Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Night from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Location TBD. Snacks will be provided.

Extended Finals Hours

Please respect building hours for the Engineering Buildings. Although rules are not clear for student organization offices in EN3 and EN4, we recommend vacating by 11:00pm. (Library is open 24hr Sunday through Thursday of Finals Week if you need to a place to go after 11:00pm).

Organization Reports

It was discussed last AESB meeting about having each organization submit a report documenting their activities for the semester. The reports will be compiled and kept for historical purposes and submitted to the college to show the impact of student organizations. ALL organizations need to submit a report. Please use this template to complete your report.
